What this actually means.
Microsoft 365 is Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and online file storage under one monthly subscription. Setting up the mailbox is the easy part. What matters is the security underneath it.
Multi-factor sign-in means a password alone isn't enough to get in. Conditional Access means a login attempt from the other side of the world gets blocked. Intune means that if a laptop is lost, the company data on it can be wiped. Most small businesses never have these turned on.

The price depends on the number of mailboxes, how much data is being moved, and whether devices are being enrolled in Intune. Microsoft's own licence fees are separate.

Will we lose old emails when you migrate?
No. We move your existing mail, contacts and calendars, and plan the switch so nothing lands in the wrong place during the move.
How much does Microsoft 365 itself cost?
Microsoft charges a monthly fee per user, separate from our setup fee. We'll recommend the plan that fits; many small businesses need Business Standard or Business Premium.
What is Entra ID?
It's Microsoft's name for the accounts and sign-in system behind Microsoft 365. It's where MFA and Conditional Access are set up.
