I've worked in IT for more than sixteen years. Much of that time has been in healthcare, supporting environments of 85+ users under HIPAA, where the network going down isn't an inconvenience. It's patients waiting.

Day to day I run a full UniFi network and around 40 IP cameras. I hold a BS in Computer Science and a certificate in cybersecurity as an Information Security Analyst.

I started Assert Systems because small businesses deserve the same care, without a ticket queue, without jargon, and in the language they're most comfortable in.
