Can I keep my number?
Yes. We port your existing numbers to the new system. Porting usually takes one to two weeks, and your old service keeps working until the switch.
Can calls ring on my cell phone?
Yes. Your business number can ring on desk phones, your cell phone and your laptop at the same time, using the app. Customers see the business number, not your personal one.
Do we need new desk phones?
Not necessarily. Many people just use the app on their mobile or computer. If you want desk phones, we'll recommend models and set them up.
